A historic wine farm in the middle of vineyards at Lake Caldaro in South Tyrol, is an ideal place for wine lovers. Our apartments are furnished with all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant stay. The apartments are located in a quiet location with breathtaking lake and mountain views.
For an added highlight during your visit you can walk along the rows of vines and also through the surrounding woods, which will make you feel in perfect harmony with nature. Outside all the apartments there is an area with sun loungers, table and benches, where you can relax and take in the amazing views. Your dogs are always welcome!

A beautiful apartment with a living room / kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with oven, dishwasher, and television. There is internet connection. The apartment has 1 double bedroom, a bathroom. (Hairdryer and towels supplied.)
Equipped with all amenities and with views of the inner courtyard and mountains it is restful and comfortable.

Atelier Baron Killi
The Atelier Baron Killi is located in the center of the village of Caldaro and is sorrounded by a hectare of park made up of plants that are also centenary and under protection.
In the garden belonging the atelier there is a kind of open garden house ,where it is possible to eat in the shade. The Atelier was inhabited by the painter baron Killi, who, in addition to London, also in India painted and exhibited his paintings.
On the ground floor of the hause there is a very welcoming living room with a dining table, a small bathroom,
with toilet and sink, a new kitchen and a bedroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms,one with shower and one with the bathtub. There is akso a long balcony.
Dogs are unfortunally not allowed in this apartment

Es besteht aus hofeigenen Produkten: täglich frische Eier, Marmelade, Säfte, Tomaten, Aprikosen, Himbeeren, Feigen, Walnüsse, Brot und andere Produkte von lokalen Biobauern wie Speck, Salami und verschiedenen Käsesorten. Gerne bieten wir auch auf Anfrage für unsere Hausgäste, eine leckere Halbpension an.
EINKAUF VON HOFEIGENEN PRODUKTEN
In unserem historischen (15. Jhd.) Gewölberaum haben wir eine Hofecke, wo wir unsere saisonalen Produkte verkaufen.

Bei uns sind Hunde auf Anfrage und Aufpreis sehr willkommen. (Aufpreis bei Endreinigung ab 30 €)

Im Haus steht Ihnen kostenloses WLAN zur Verfügung.

Eine korrekte Mülltrennung ist uns sehr wichtig. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir auf dem Arzenhof sehr viel Wert auf korrektes Recycling legen.

Die Parkplätze können kostenlos genutzt werden. Teilweise sind die Parkplätze überdacht.

Arabisches Ferienhaus “Dammuso” pantesco – Sizilien
Wenn ihr etwas weiter entferntes sucht:
Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Meeresblick auf der Insel Pantelleria-die schwarze Perle des Mittelmeers zwischen Sizilien und Tunesien.
Der Dammuso ist ein typisches Haus aus Lavastein, Zeitzeuge arabischer Architektur, umgeben von 1.ha. Kakteenpflanzen, Olivenhain, Weinberg, und der Mittelmeer - „Macchia“. Im Garten befindet sich ein „giardino pantesco“ (ein offener nicht überdachter windgeschüzter Turm) wo sie bei einem Glas Passito den Abend ausklingen lassen können.
Überdachte“ Terrazza „mit Steinofen für Pizza. Der dammuso befindet sich in der Nähe des Flughafens und ist 3 km vom Hauptort entfernt. 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Badezimmern, Küche und grosszügigem Salon.
